Header Options
Pencil Pleated
Pencil pleat curtains are a classic. Folds of fabric are tightly gathered to create a semi-cylindrical heading that resembles a line of pencils. From the close pleats of the header, the fabric tumbles freely to the floor. You can choose pencil pleat curtains for either poles or tracks.
Eyelet
Eyelet curtains or Ring Top curtains are a contemporary curtain heading for use with curtain poles. Eyelet heading gives large, soft, even pleats and are so called because they have metal rings at the top of the curtain in place of a normal header tape. This means that not as much material is needed in an eyelet curtain as they don’t need to be gathered the same way as a curtain with a taped heading. Eyelet curtains are not suitable for curtain tracks, with valances or for bay windows.
Our eyelets have 4 colours Brass, Antique, Nickel, Satin Nickel.

Pair or Single
Pair
The most popular choice and for a reason, it is perfect for covering even the widest of windows. When you choose your curtains as a pair, we will spit the fabric evenly to form a perfect pair.
Single
A great choice for narrower spaces or if space is at a premium in your home. We make the curtain the same amount of fabric as if it was a pair but as one panel.

Recess or Exact?
Recess
For when you want the blind to fit within the recess of the window frame or casing:
Key tips
Measure in three places - top, middle and bottom of your window opening; this allows for any variances (such as tiled walls).
Use the smallest measurement – our factory will make a small deduction to ensure that the blind fits within the recess allowing for the blind fixtures and fittings.
Exact Width
For when you want to fit the blind on the outside of your window frame or casing:
Key tips
Measure in three places - top, middle and bottom of your window opening; this allows for any variances. We recommend you add at least 50mm on either side and 70mm to the top for the overlap. This will give you your exact overall blind width.

Slat size
The slat is the horizontal strip of wood or PVC that tilts to provide your light control. You get a choice of 25mm, 35mm, or 50mm. The larger the slat size, the larger the gap between the blind slats when tilted open - allowing more light through and providing the best view outside.
Finding your window code
Measuring for roof blinds couldn't be easier - you just need to find the code on your window. Look for a plate on your window frame.
For Velux® windows you are looking for a code which is made up of two parts.
For Keylite, Rooflite, Fakro and Dakstra windows you just need to find a single code.
See the measuring guide on the product page for further information.
Perfect Fit Brackets
The bracket size is determined by the distance from the glass to the frame as per the measuring guide. The sizes of the brackets are 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, and 34.
Bunch option
The bunch is where your vertical blinds will stack to when open. This is a personal preference but may be influenced by handles and the view from your window.
Split – The most common type where the slats are evenly split between each side of the window.
Left stack - All slats bunch to the left of the blind.
Right stack – All slats bunch to the right of the blind.

Exact Width
Choose this option when you want the blind to fit out with the recess of the window. The fabric on a roller blind is generally 36mm smaller than the bracket to bracket measurement. When you choose exact you have two choices:
1. Bracket to Bracket
This is what to choose when you want to replace an existing blind and have measured bracket to bracket or you have already taken the 36mm into account.
2. Fabric Width
This is the option to choose when you need your fabric to be a specific size as you have measured the area you want the fabric to cover or the fabric of an existing blind.
Chain Type Options
By default we offer a white chain to match your mechanisms and brackets.
We also offer a metal nickel chain to tie into your décor.
Bottom Bars
Weighted bottom bars are available in two colours, White Teardrop or Silver Teardrop.
Tokyo Terracotta Orange, not only serves as a practical solution for pleated blinds but also adds a touch of contemporary flair to any room. The rich, earthy undertones bring a sense of comfort and sophistication, creating a harmonious balance between modern aesthetics and timeless elegance.
