I'd like to place an order 

We've made it easy-peasy to place an order through our website - just click on your favourite blind and enter your measurements on the next screen. You can click to get an instant price for that blind, see delivery times and technical specifications, and add it to your order basket, all from the same screen. I'd like to get a quote 

You can see prices for individual blinds by simply clicking on your favourite blind then entering your measurements on the next page. You can even fill up your order basket without checking out, to see what the whole order will total. If you would like a formal quote sent to you by email, then you can contact our friendly sales team either through live web chat or other contact details are here. 


I'd like to know more about your fabulous products 

If you are looking for information on delivery timescales, a full description of the product and where best to use it, or some technical information about the product's components or composition, you can find all of that and more on each product's landing page. On the same page you can access an informational video for that product as well as its fitting guide. If you need more specific information, then feel free to contact us. 


I'd like some advice on your free sample service 

If you are wondering how to order a sample, all you need to do is click on the picture of a product then, on the next page, you will see an option to order a free sample. Samples are usually sent out in 1st class post on the same day they are ordered, so you won't be waiting long. Feel free to order up to 10 samples in one go at no cost, or more than 10 for a £9.50 postage fee. For any other help or information about our samples, you can always. 


I'd like some more information on your delivery times 

We try to keep our lead times as low as possible, with an average turnaround of 5 – 7 working days, but this varies from product to product. Accurate lead times are displayed against each individual product. If you would like to learn more about our delivery services, click here. Once an order is dispatched it will usually be delivered in 2-3 working days, though remote areas can take a little longer. Our Barcelona and Vienna roller blinds are usually delivered in 3-5 working days. All Pleated, Perfect Fit Pleated and Day & Night blinds are usually delivered in 3-5 working days. I'd like some advice on installation 

Our handy fitting guides will take you step by step through installing your beautiful new blinds. We will email them to you when you place your order, but if you would like to look in advance then simply click on the product you would like to buy, then scroll down on the next page to find a link to the fitting guide. If you are struggling to find it or have any other queries about installation, the customer services team are always happy to help.

Order Delivery 

Where is my order? 

Your order delivery can be tracked online. We will email you a tracking number and link to track your order with our courier partner.  


What are your delivery times? 

Each product has an accurate delivery time displayed on the individual product information pages.  


Can I have my order delivered to an alternate delivery address? 

Yes. Simply provide us with your delivery address during the checkout process. 


Where can you deliver? 

We deliver to any address in mainland UK as well as to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight for an additional £9.95. Contact our Customer Services to get a quote for deliveries to the Channel Islands – orders are charged per delivery weight.  


Do I get notified of dispatch? 

Yes. You will receive an email once your order is ready for dispatch along with tracking information.  


What happens if I'm not in when the delivery arrives? 

Don’t panic! Your delivery driver will leave a calling card to notify you of attempted delivery. This will have details of what to do next to rearrange the delivery for a more suitable time.  


The parcel is damaged, what do I do? 

We want your blinds order to arrive in perfect condition. If the packaging is damaged in any way, please write 'damaged' on the delivery note. If you inspect your order and your blind is damaged, please contact our customer services team and we will arrange a replacement.
