Measuring for blinds can be tricky so to give you reassurance and protect against any inaccuracies with your measurements, we are offering you the chance to take our MeasureSafe insurance. This means if you make a mistake with your measurements, then you will be able to claim a like for like replacement made to the correct size. If the change in size results in a higher price, you will be charged the additional cost only.

The steps you need to follow are: 

1. Tick the MeasureSafe Box in your cart. 

2. Contact us if your measurements are wrong providing the original order number, the blinds which require replacement and the new sizes.  

3. We will contact you, remake your product,and send your replacement.
