MeasureSafe Insurance T&C’s


 

  • Should you need to use your MeasureSafe insurance you need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your blind. You will need to arrange for the product to be returned to us before we can process a replacement product. It is best to keep your original packaging so you can repackage and send it back to us.  

 

  • Our MeasureSafe insurance only covers mismeasures, so the replacement product will be to the same specifications as the original. 

 

  • If the replacement blind is larger than your original size, you will need to cover the additional cost. We will not refund any difference in cost if the replacement size is smaller. 

 

  • If the new measurements are smaller than the original measurements, where possible, we will amend that item rather than manufacture a brand-new item. 

 

  • All prices will be based on the cost per the website at the time of placing your MeasureSafe order. We cannot honour any previous sale prices or offer any discount codes on this. 

 

  • Upon activating your MeasureSafe insurance, you must pay any applicable delivery charges. 

 

  • We are only able to offer one remake per item where MeasureSafe insurance was selected at the point of sale. Any subsequent orders will not be covered if the MeasureSafe insurance was not selected at point of sale. 

 

  • MeasureSafe is not offered on our Skylight Blinds as they are not made to measure. View our terms page for details on returns for these products. 
  • If the material is out of stock at the time of claiming your MeasureSafe insurance. We can either refund the amount paid for MeasureSafe insurance on that product or you can await new stock arriving. Unforutnately we would not refund the original item.
