How our delivery service Works 


Fast & reliable contactless delivery 

We offer FREE fully insured UK mainland delivery on all orders over £199 and only £9.95 for orders under £199. You can find accurate delivery times displayed against individual products. 

You will be able to track your order delivery once collected from our factory by our courier partners. We will email you a tracking number and link to follow your delivery from us to you. It is our aim to get your order to you as quick as the next working day (remote areas may take a day or two longer).   


Delivering Blinds To The Entire UK 

We can guarantee delivery to all of the mainland United Kingdom. We can also deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight for an extra £9.95. Orders can be delivered to the Channel Islands but are charged per delivery weight – contact our customer services for a delivery estimate. 



Where is my order? 

Your order delivery can be tracked online. We will email you a tracking number and link to track your order with our courier partner.  


What are your delivery times? 

Each product has an accurate delivery time displayed on the individual product information pages.  


Can I have my order delivered to an alternate delivery address? 

Yes. Simply provide us with your delivery address during the checkout process. 


Where can you deliver? 

We deliver to any address in mainland UK as well as to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight for an additional £9.95. Contact our Customer Services to get a quote for deliveries to the Channel Islands – orders are charged per delivery weight.  


Do I get notified of dispatch? 

Yes. You will receive an email once your order is ready for dispatch, along with tracking information.  


What happens if I'm not in when the delivery arrives? 

Don't panic! Your delivery driver will leave a calling card to notify you of attempted delivery. This will have details of what to do next to rearrange the delivery for a more suitable time. Please note that most couriers will only hold the goods undelivered for so long before returning to us and re-delivery at this stage may be chargeable.


The parcel is damaged, what do I do? 

We want your blinds order to arrive in perfect condition. If the packaging is damaged in any way, please write 'damaged' on the delivery note. If you inspect your order and your blind is damaged, please contact our customer services team and we will arrange a replacement.
